Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using the okbk8 platform. By registering an account or using any service on okbk8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Access to real-money gaming on okbk8 is strictly limited to players aged 21 years and above, per PAGCOR regulations.
Each player may hold only one active okbk8 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on okbk8 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency transactions.

2.1 To access real-money features of okbk8, you must complete the registration process and create an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any additional information required for Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
2.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the okbk8 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, related identities, or through the use of proxy information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okbk8 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify okbk8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. okbk8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
2.4 okbk8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or in a manner inconsistent with fair play.
2.5 Account registration and all real-money transactions are subject to verification under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and the Data Privacy Act of 2012. You consent to such verification procedures as a condition of using the okbk8 platform.
3.1 okbk8 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at the discretion of okbk8.
3.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion. Deposits are credited to your okbk8 wallet upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. okbk8 shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
3.3 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. okbk8 may, at its discretion, require additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount and applicable processing timeframes are as displayed in the platform's cashier section.
3.4 Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method verified as belonging to the account holder. okbk8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
3.5 okbk8 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits, request enhanced due diligence documentation, or delay withdrawals where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
4.1 okbk8 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered, which form part of these Terms.
4.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. okbk8 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if a player is found to have engaged in abusive bonus practices, including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors.
4.3 okbk8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to any rights already accrued by players in good standing.
4.4 Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent.
5.1 All games available on the okbk8 platform are governed by specific game rules published within the game interface or accessible in the platform's help section. These game-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Results of all RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generator technology. Results of live dealer games are determined by the actual outcome of the physical game as hosted by the live dealer. okbk8 does not manipulate game outcomes.
5.3 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents the completion of a game round, okbk8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's balance. Where a game result can be confirmed from server-side logs, that result shall stand.
5.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. okbk8 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

7.2 Players may request a self-exclusion at any time by contacting the okbk8 support team via live chat. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, no new accounts may be created by the excluded player.

8.2 okbk8 processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Data collected during registration and KYC verification is retained for the period required by applicable law and regulatory requirements.
9.1 All content on the okbk8 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game software, user interface design, and trademarks, is the property of okbk8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the okbk8 platform without prior written consent from okbk8.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbk8 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.2 okbk8 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free of errors or interruptions. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits okbk8's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 You may close your okbk8 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
11.2 okbk8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements, with immediate effect and without prior notice. In such cases, okbk8 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, to forfeit such balances entirely.
12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to the okbk8 customer support team for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through internal dispute resolution within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory authorities in the Philippines.
13.1 okbk8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, okbk8 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players via the registered email address or an in-platform notification.
13.2 Your continued use of the okbk8 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may close your account.
